• 10:00 - Shake (Bentonite and Psyllium)
• 11:30 - Herbs (Chomper and Herbal Nutrition)
• 13:00 - Shake (Bentonite and Psyllium)
• 14:30 - Herbs (Chomper and Herbal Nutrition)
• 14:50 - Lymph Flush (Carrott & Garlic & Ginger) *
• 16:00 - Shake (Bentonite and Psyllium)
• 17:30 - Herbs (Chomper and Herbal Nutrition)
• 19:00 - Veggie Broth - Cayenne
• 20:30 - Herbs (Chomper and Herbal Nutrition)
• 21:30 - Probiotic (Flora Grow)

* If you suffer from Candida replace this with any green juice. 

Day 8 (Post Cleanse):

• 07:00 - Psyllium
• 11:00 - Fresh Fruit
• 12:30 - Probiotic Tonic

Please allow time each day on days 1-7 for a colonic which is made via appointment.
