
Post Cleanse
Our mission is to support you in helping maintain a clean system and healthy lifestyle after the cleanse is over. We provide guidelines for the first 5 days following the end of the cleanse and ongoing support thereafter. We make suggestions on healthy diet and where applicable recommended supplements.
As you move away from the time of your cleanse, you may fi nd that certain aspects of your experience start to fade - for instance, the desire may return for denser, 'less healthy' foods. Remember this is a normal part of the process that you have undertaken. Knowing this should help you to keep things in perspective, and to not judge yourself or others craving and / or indulging.
By all means, consider the importance and benefits of cleansing in the future. It is wise to abstain from food 24-36 hours every 7 day week, or perhaps 3 days every month in between deeper periodic 7 day cleanses.
Remember you are 100% responsible for 100% of your life experience - always, no exceptions. Not for what happens to you (necessarily), but for how you interpret, process, and absorb the 'what'.
